- Medical Reports that do not require a medical examination should be sent to the practice for the attention of the Administration Team in the first instance.
- Please be aware that it can take up to six weeks to process Forms and Insurance Reports.
- Medical Examinations for HGV, Fostering etc can be arranged by appointment, but please allow up to six weeks for these appointments to be held.
This work is not covered under the NHS and therefore there is a charge for these reports and examinations to be held at the Practice.
