Ordering Repeat Prescriptions

The repeat prescription service is computerised for accuracy and you will receive a new request slip every time you use the service. We have a number of ways in which you may order a repeat prescription.

  • On the 24 hour dedicated prescription line 01798 872002
  • Via this link www.myrepeats.com  You will need to register an account on the 'sign up now' tab which takes minutes. Once this is done you can order your repeat as normal. Follow the simple to use instructions on the webpage
  • Via fax on 01798 872123
  • Drop your repeat medication slip into the box at the surgery, located on in the ground floor waiting room
  • Telephone or drop in your repeat slip to Cordens Pharmacy at the Primary Care Centre - Tel 01798 872480
  • Post it to us and, if you include a stamped addressed envelope, it can be posted back
  • Pop it in the PMG letterbox when we are shut

Please leave three whole working days for your prescriptions to be processed and dispensed.

Cordens Chemist

Pharmacists: Dave Roberts, Ruth Snelson and Sue Oliver

The pharmacists work in Cordens Chemist and the dispensary at the Primary Care Centre, offering expert advice on medication, minor illnesses and well being.

Prescription charges

Some patients are automatically exempt from prescription charges:

  • Children under 16
  • Young adults under 19 and in full time education
  • People over 60 years of age
  • Pregnant women
  • Women who have had a baby in the last 12 months
  • Patients receiving DSS
  • Patients with specific medical conditions

  • From April 2009 the costs for prescriptions is as follows:
  • Prescription charge - £7.40
  • Prescription Pre-Payment Certifcates are avaliable as 3 Months/12Months/14/Months.

  • If you need regular repeat prescriptions this keeps the costs down to a manageable amount during the year.

 

Parking & Transport

Pulborough Patient Link Patient parking is within the Tesco Supermarket parking who were allocated additional parking slots by HDC but waiting is limited to a maximum period of 3 hours - No Return - This is closely monitored by Tesco car parking surveillance
