The repeat prescription service is computerised for accuracy and you will receive a new request slip every time you use the service. We have a number of ways in which you may order a repeat prescription.

Via this link http://www.myrepeats.com You will need to register an account on the sign up now tab which takes minutes. But once this is done you can order your repeat as normal follow the simple to use instructions on the webpage.

Drop your repeat medication slip into the box at the surgery, located on in the ground floor waiting room

Telephone or drop in your repeat slip to Cordens Pharmacy at the Primary Care Centre - Tel 01798 872480

Post it to us and if you include a stamped addressed envelope it can be posted back

Pop it in the PMG letterbox when we are shut
Please leave three whole working days for your prescriptions to be processed and dispensed.

Some patients are automatically exempt from prescription charges:
