How to register with the surgery
New patients wishing to register with the practice will be asked to fill in a questionnaire and will be invited to attend a short health check, which will help us understand any current problems and medication and allow an opportunity to ask relevant questions.
We accept patients from:
Adversane, Amberley, Ashington, Barlavington, Bedham, Bignor, Billingshurst, Broomers Hill, Broadford Bridge, Burton, Bury, Byworth, Coates, Coldwaltham, Coneyhurst, Coolham, Cootham, Dial Post, Duncton, Fittleworth, Gay Street, Greatham, Hardham, Houghton, Little Bignor, Marehill, North Heath, Nutbourne, Parbrook, Petworth, Pithingdean, Pulborough, Rackham, Rock Road, Shipley, Stane Street, Storrington, Stopham, Sullington, Sutton, Thakeham, Toat, Warminghurst, Washington, Watersfield, West Burton, West Chiltington, West Chiltington Common, Wiggonholt, Wisborough Green.
Private patients
We welcome private patients, please inform the receptionist when booking your appointment. It is not however possible for patients to be registered with the practice both privately and on the NHS at the same time. Please request details of our fees
Change of personal details
If you change your name, address or telephone number please let us know on 01798 872815.
If you move outside our practice area, you will need to find a doctor in your new area. Please get in touch with West Sussex Primary Care Trust if you experience any difficulty.
Patient parking is within the Tesco Supermarket parking who were allocated additional parking slots by HDC but waiting is limited to a maximum period of 3 hours - No Return - This is closely monitored by Tesco car parking surveillance
