Practice Manager
Alan Bolt joined PMG in December 2010 and is responsible for the overall running of the Practice and is pleased to help with any general enquiries or specific problems you may have. His experience and knowledge of practice issues enables him to help with any non-medical aspects of your health care and treatment. Suggestions and complaints should also be directed to Alan.
Alan’s interests include walking, Munro bagging, music and wine
Patient Services Manager
Katherine Ripsher is responsible for the day to day running of the medical reception team and all enquiries regarding appointments.
All Other Staff
A full range of staff are employed to support the doctors and patients:
medical receptionists, dispensers, medical secretaries, computer and administrative staff.Their jobs are demanding with telephone and face to face enquiries dealing with every aspect of medical practice duties, occasionally they work under difficult circumstances, so please be patient and help them to help you.
Practice Nursing Team:
Practice Nurses: Pippa Keatley, Tracey Rydon, Trish McKinlay, Karen Morgan. Phlebotomist: Carole Santillo
They see patients for a variety of conditions and hold Diabetic, Heart Disease, Respiratory, Family Planning, Cervical Smears, Baby vaccination and immunization, Travel and Leg Ulcer Clinics.
Health Care Assistants:
Petula Mitchell and Jenni Elliott -support the nursing team by carrying out blood tests, spirometry, blood pressure checks, new patient health checks, ECGs and Infection control.
Attached Medical Staff
Health Visitors:
Shani Torp and Jane De Luzy supported by a nursery nurse and Sue Attfield- administrator aim to promote health in families and in young children. They work closely with the doctors and are involved in running development screening and baby clinics. In addition they run antenatal clinics, a post natal group and are involved in parenting classes.
District Nurses/Community Nurses:
Jan Ryan, District Nurse, leads a team of community nurses who visit people in their own homes, across the whole age range, offering advice and support to promote independent living and specialized nursing care when required which would include life limiting illnesses, wound management and chronic disease management.
Community Midwives:
A team of midwives come from both St Richards Hospital, Chichester and Worthing and Southlands Hospital to undertake weekly clinics in the surgeries. They work closely with our doctors to care for mothers before and after delivery of their babies.
Mental Health Team:
A range of services to help and support patients are offered in the surgeries and the following team members undertake sessional work.

Patient parking is within the Tesco Supermarket parking who were allocated additional parking slots by HDC but waiting is limited to a maximum period of 3 hours - No Return - This is closely monitored by Tesco car parking surveillance
