Nurses with varying levels of training, will receive
further training to enhance their skills so that each
nurse can perform more tasks than currently and ward
team could have a mix of community matron, district
nurses, community nurse, intensive care at home nursing
team and health care assistants with the most appropriate
person going into care for the patient.
