team of midwives come from both St Richards Hospital, Chichester and Worthing and Southlands Hospital to undertake weekly clinics in the surgeries. They work closely with our doctors to care for mothers before and after delivery of their babies.

Liz leads a team of community nurses who visit people in their own homes, across the whole age range, offering advice and support to promote independent living and specialized nursing care when required which would include life limiting illnesses, wound management and chronic disease management.

Chapel Street Clinic Community Mental Health Services:  Monday afternoons but are on site at other times if available.
