Appointments are given for the named person only, please do not ask for another member of the family to be seen during the same consultation as this will delay the doctor. When booking, you may express preference for a GP but subject to availability, you may be offered an alternative GP or health professional.

The repeat prescription service is computerised for accuracy and you will receive a new request slip every time you use the service.

We have an on-site pharmacy, Cordens Chemist, from where patients can collect their prescriptions .The pharmacy is open Monday - Friday 9.00am to 7.00pm, on Saturdays 9.00am to 5.00pm and is closed on Sundays. Tel: 01798 872480.

Our patient liaison group, Pulborough Patient Link (PPL) produces newsletters and organise joint health events with the Practice. Social events also take place during the year.

The PPL provides an important link between the surgery and patients. We urge patients to become members (currently subscription is priced at £3 per household per year).
