Anthony Gibbon - MB.BS. MRCGP
We wish to inform you all that Dr Anthony Gibbon has made the decision to retire as a GP partner of Pulborough Medical Group at the end of June 2010 after a career of service to the community spanning 30 years. Dr Gibbon has been our IT lead and led the initiative for the practice to become one of the first in the area to hold computerised health records.
GP Partner Doctor Anthony Gibbon Trained at the Royal Free Hospital from where he qualified in1974. Following this Doctor Gibbon held House Jobs at the Royal Free hospital and undertook a short service commission with the army serving in Germany and the UK.
Doctor Gibbon Joined Lower Street Surgery in Pulborough in October 1980.
Dr Gibbon has a particular interest in medical computing, psychiatry and Child Development. He is training lead for undergraduate medical students.
Doctor Gibbon is also responsible for IT for Pulborough Medical Group.
Outside of medicine Doctor Gibbon's interests include travel, sailing and skiing.
Patient parking is within the Tesco Supermarket parking who were allocated additional parking slots by HDC but waiting is limited to a maximum period of 3 hours - No Return - This is closely monitored by Tesco car parking surveillance
