About Pulborough Medical Group
Welcome to Pulborough Medical Group. We moved into the Pulborough Primary Care Centre mid-August 2007. All Pulborough Medical Group services are accessed on the first floor, where our Consulting Rooms, Treatment Rooms, Minor Surgery Suite, Reception and Waiting Room are situated.
In addition the Mary How Trust (Cancer Screening Charity) is situated on the first floor. The ground floor houses Community Nurses and Health Visitors, Cordens Chemist, The Brooks Day Care Centre and WSDOC Out of Hours Centre.
We currently have approximately 12,100 patients on our list.

Pulborough Medical Group have a contract with West Sussex Primary Care Trust (PCT) who are responsible for the commissioning of Primary Care Services. We work within the West Locality area. If you wish to contact the West Area Office their address is:

Practice history
In July 2000, Barnhouse and Lower Street Surgeries merged to form one medical practice called Pulborough Medical Group.
Phase two of our merger took place in 2002, enabling all the doctors to work out of Barnhouse Surgery and the Practice Nurses and Specialist Clinicians to work out of Lower Street Surgery supported by a General Practitioner each day on a rota basis. This phase allowed the doctors, nurses and other health care professionals to get to know each other and develop synergy of working prior to phase 3 - moving into purpose built premises.
Phase 3 was our move to the new Pulborough Primary Care Centre in 2008.
Patient parking is within the Tesco Supermarket parking who were allocated additional parking slots by HDC but waiting is limited to a maximum period of 3 hours - No Return - This is closely monitored by Tesco car parking surveillance
